Ms. Balloon was established in 2005 by Spring Hickman, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over the years we have been blessed to decorate many fabulous convention exhibitions and put smiles on children's faces' as well as adults, with our balloon bouquets and gift baskets. We look forward to many more years of serving the Las Vegas community. Spring is a native to Vegas and her heart has always been with the people who she serves.
